Share the address, observed ponding or erosion, safe photos, timing, affected finishes, access limits, and who can approve the work.

AWC reviews the water path

We compare roof collection, downspouts, surface flow, drains, hardscape, discharge, and property constraints, then identify what still needs field verification.

Receive the appropriate written scope

A supported correction can move into a defined proposal. Uncertain or multi-trade conditions may require the $250 Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package, credited toward approved work when approved within 30 days.
