A repair process you can follow.
This website is operated by All World Construction LLC, owned by Austin Mitchell. We are a San Diego County general contractor handling multi-trade repairs, property-management work and exterior restoration.
Understand the work before approving it.
One documented path from observed runoff to an approved repair boundary.
Map the observed water path
Collect safe overview and detail photos, rain timing, affected areas and prior repair history without guessing the cause.
Review connected systems
Trace visible roof collection, discharge, slopes, drains, hardscape edges, openings and protected property.
Define investigation and options
Separate confirmed work from testing, access, engineering, permit or concealed-condition decisions.
Approve the physical boundary
Name removal, installation, restoration, protection, exclusions and written change checkpoints.
Document completion and limits
Record work stages, relevant testing, finish boundaries, punch items and remaining responsibilities.
When the property needs a closer look
For exterior, water-damage, multi-trade, HOA or managed-property work needing field verification, we recommend the $250 Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package. The fee is credited back if the construction project is approved within 30 days.
Keep the agreement specific
The written proposal should identify the physical work, confirmed repair limits, exclusions, access needs and the handling of concealed conditions. Materials, warranties, timing and payment terms belong in the accepted proposal. No guide or photograph replaces a property-specific review.
